1. Bouncy castles are strictly for children. ( maximum age 14 years)

2. You 'the hirer' are responsible for any damage which occurs to the equipment whilst on hire to you.

3. 'Appy Bouncin' does not accept any responsibility for damage or personal injury.

4. An accident book is available and any injury should be notified to 'Appy Bouncin', recorded and signed by the injured childs representative on the date of the hire.

5. You must ensure that there is adequate supervision by an adult (18+) at all times when the equipment is in use.

6. Children must remove their footwear and any hard or sharp, dangerous objects such as buckles, pens, purses, badges, etc. Spectacles are best removed before using the bouncy castle. Children must be prevented from climbing on the walls and playing on the step of the bouncy castle. Strictly no acrobatics and horse play should be stopped.

7. Food, drink, chewing gum and any pets are strictly forbidden on the bouncy castle.

8. The hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment and will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return. Equipment kept overnight must be locked away to avoid theft, again, a charge will be made for any items missing.

9. All equipment is checked on delivery and any equipment that is returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.

10. A clear access to your property is your responsibility.

11. The safe amount of children on a castle at any time is as noted before. Approximate age groups are also noted. Do not mix age groups, keep larger children separate from the smaller children.

12. The hirer must ensure that the castle is staked down at all times.

13. Never turn the blower off whilst the castle is in use.

14. The hirer must use discretion in high winds and bad weather.

15. Rain covers are for light showers only, we will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day.
